Waveform Calculator

Use the on-board waveform calculator to fully customize your system’s analysis capabilities. Utilizing the 32-bit floating processor, the software enables the user to string together calculations, waveform arithmetic and automation capabilities to create a custom analysis system

No programming is necessary to perform calculations on data or variables. Just select a function or series of functions from the calculator through a mouse, keyboard or the Win600e’s integrated touch screen. Store up to 10 automation routines for easy operation.

Analysis Functions
Click here for a partial list of the algorithms which can be used for waveform analysis. These algorithms can be operated independently or added using our on-screen Basic type language. Specific analysis functions can be added by any user on the network for the ultimate in flexibility.

The software always offers real-time readouts in appropriate units such as PSI, dB, degrees, etc.

RPM Monitoring

The Win600e's optional RPM board offers two specialized channels for measuring RPM and top-dead center. The RPM board can be used in engine combustion applications, for flow measurements, to measure speed with linear encoders, and for many other applications.

The RPM board also offers:

  • Programmable clock speed for high and low RPMs
  • Triggering capability off of the RPM channel
  • Up to 3600 point encoder resolution

Thermocouples

For lower speed thermocouple data, Hi-Techniques enables data from the IOTech TempScan/1100 to be integrated with high speed data as part of the data stream enabling simultaneous measurement of temperature data and other high speed inputs.

The software has built-in linearization curves for J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N-14GA, and N-28FA thermocouples.
