Triggering, Timebase, GPS/IRIG, Memory, Streaming and Filtering Worry free triggering includes positive, negative or dual slope triggering with optional logic triggering. Triggering coupling options include AC/DC, High/Low frequency reject. External triggering supports two input ranges for greater flexibility. On-screen display of trigger level and absolute or relative time triggering are just two of the high end capabilities offered. A wide range of acquisition rates are supported from 1 sample/second up to 50 MS/s with our high speed board….among the widest range in the marketplace. Independent sample rates on a per card basis enable simultaneous acquisition and display of high speed dynamic measurements and lower speed quasi-static measurements. External clocking up to the full sample range is supported for rotational or time variant acquisition. Optional GPS/IRIG module enables synchronization to absolute time with up to 10 ms resolution. For time critical measurements, both the Win600e or meDAQ can be synchronized to GPS or IRIG time for absolute sample timing. Use the GPS or IRIG capability to synchronize multiple remote systems. Synchronize multiple systems with our precision master /slave capability. Start/stop remote systems simultaneously and display data on a single remote computer. Solid state RAM based memories are available on each acquisition board. Acquisition boards can be configured for memories up to 16 MS per channel in 8-channel mode or up to 128 MS in single channel mode. Software selectability allows you to use memory as you see fit. Hi-Techniques’ products feature the longest high speed solid state channel memories in the industry. Memory lengths can be further extended by adding direct to disk acquisition on a per board basis. Store up to 400 kS/s per card aggregate sample rate to dedicated acquisition hard drive. Hi-Techniques’ ClearVU capability allows instant review of even GB of data the instant a test is completed using this proprietary data storage / data reduction technique. Long storage can be initiated through trigger event, external input or front panel start button. Events can be tagged for later viewing. View streaming data in real-time on other remote computers on the network. Data can be viewed in overlaid mode, stacked or a graphical data. High performance programmable filter options can be added on most acquisition boards to prevent unwanted frequencies and provide anti-aliasing protection. Choose 8-pole Butterworth for optimal frequency domain performance and 8-pole Bessel for optimal time domain performance.
