Hi-Techniques recommends annual calibrations for all of our systems to ensure peak performance. Our calibration and repair staff will not only calibrate your system to our exacting standards but also provide the following services:

Update system software to latest revision
Update system firmware as required
Perform any required hardware updates
Inspect and clean system
Perform minor repairs.
Recommend any other necessary repairs
Return shipping free of charge

All Hi-Techniques’ equipment is calibrated to mil spec. Pre- and post- calibration data are available upon request at a nominal charge.

Calibration software can be purchased to enable on-site performance verification and calibration. Two different levels of calibration software are available:

Verification Package: Enables user to validate performance within published specifications
Calibration Software: Software and hardware support package enables complete on-site calibration of your system using your own personnel. Software is designed to be used with HP calibration equipment.
